Lindsay Allison Coaching and Consulting, LLCLindsay’s career demonstrates her commitment to serving others, whether it’s teaching them something new, connecting them with great opportunities, or supporting them to achieve their goals.

After over a decade of working in higher education and executive search, Lindsay realized she could use her passion for supporting others through the coaching process in addition to offering consulting on career transitions and job searches. Lindsay is recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She continues to work in executive search with clients focused in higher education and independent schools. In addition, in 2022, she returned to the Wharton School to advise MBA students. Over the past seven years, she has helped to place a diverse set of leaders in the roles of presidents of colleges and universities, vice presidents of finance and administration, vice presidents of advancement,
provosts, and deans of colleges.

Before entering the executive search sector, Lindsay worked for the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in the MBA Career Management office. As a Senior Associate Director for Employer Services, she led marketing and technology efforts related to employers, oversaw business development for the office, focused on creating and managing employer relationships, and facilitated recruiting in a variety of industries. She also advised students on recruiting, career development, and opportunities post-MBA.

Prior to working in higher education, Lindsay was a public school teacher who taught a variety of grade levels and subjects including English as a second language, French, math, reading, and writing.
